Totally Transport Festival

Steve and i will be taking a stroll along Blackpool Promenade on Sunday because between the Pleasure Beach and Starr Gate will be over 300 vehicles.Classic cars,trams and buses will all be on display and brass bands will be there to entertain us.

Blackpool Championship Dog Show

If you are a dog lover like us,Blackpool is the place to be this weekend.The annual Championship Dog Show is taking place in Westby on the 25th-27th June. Every breed from toy to hound will be taking part.So come and have a fun day out there will be loads to see and plenty of places to park.

BLACKPOOL VETERANS WEEK

Blackpool is celebrating veterans week with a feast of food and entertainment for our well deserving servicemen and women.On Monday we saw the raising of The Armed Forces Day Flag at the Town Hall.There is a trip down memory lane with Tea Dances,Sing a long sessions,Gala Dinners and Shows.The Grand Theatre are showing Dads Army Marches On from the 21st-26th June.On Saturday there is a march from Bank Hey St to St John's Sq. In the afternoon in Stanley Park,cadets are taking part in a boat race and Its a Knockout competition.
The service at the Cenotaph on Sunday starts at 10-30 followed by the parade along the Promenade to the Tower.We hope this week's celebrations will be a huge success.

Camelot House has been awarded 3 Stars with Visit Britain.Steve and i are delighted with the award.We have been running Camelot House for over 23years and love all that Blackpool has to offer.We are a ten minute stroll to the Pleasure Beach and the Sandcastle Water park.Blackpool FC's ground at Bloomfield Rd is only 5 minutes away.
